Waylon Decker

Tuesday at 2:54 pm our beloved son and brother Waylon, went home to his Heavenly Father at the age of 21. Thank you dear Waylon for the special way you've touched our lives. Dear Jesus, what have we ever done to deserve the special blessing Waylon's been to us? For several days already Waylon's been anxiously waiting for Jesus to take him Home. During his last couple days Waylon was earnestly pleading and praying with his Heavenly Father, and encouraged us to the very end. These are some of his messages and prayers: Sweet Jesus, please forgive me and those who haven't forgiven me. Lord take me Home, take me Home Lord! Forgive and Forget one another's sins. Love everyone! I could wish for no better thing then to fly into Heaven. Miracles happen through God. I love you all so very much. I love you, love you, love you! Waylon Decker passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 10, 2007. Waylon has been struggling with Sarcoma cancer for 2 years. Waylon was the beloved son of David and Kathleen Decker. His brothers and sisters are: William and David, Kathy, Dorothy and Crystal. His family resides at Neuhof Colony near Mountain Lake, Minnesota. He put his arms around him And whispered "Come to me." With tearful eyes we watched him suffer And saw him fade away. Although we loved Him dearly We could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating Hard working hands now rest. He broke our hearts to prove to us God only takes the best.
