Vivian was born on February 1, 1932, in Madelia, Minnesota, to Beryl and Iola (Anderson) Haycraft. In 1951, she married the love of her life, Ralph, and together they built a loving home and raised four children.
Vivian dedicated many years to hard work and was employed at Tony Downs Foods and Vandenberg Foods. She also took pride in cleaning for the Madelia Post Office, Culligan, and alongside her husband, Ralph, at the Madelia and Lake Crystal clinics. Her strong work ethic was a defining part of her character, something she proudly passed on to the generations who followed her.
Family was Vivian's greatest joy. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Whether she was sharing her wisdom or baking her famous cookies and bars, Vivian's love and generosity were constants in the lives of those around her.
