Vicki Petersen

Vicki Renee Petersen was born September 21, 1956, to John and Darlene (Halvorson) Steinle at the Springfield Hospital. She was confirmed at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lamberton. Vicki attended and graduated from Lamberton High School in 1975 and then continued her education at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN. On August 28, 1976, Vicki was united in marriage to Dale Petersen at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Lamberton. She worked various jobs over the years at Valley View Manor, Sanborn Manufacturing, TORO, and family business. Vicki enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, traveling and especially time with the family and her grandchildren and will be remembered as a very caring person. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Lamberton. She is survived by her husband Dale O. Petersen of Lamberton; children - Casey (Mandy) Petersen and their children Marshal, Kierra, Dallin of Gillette, WY, Andrew Petersen of Lamberton, Brandi Lee (Josh) Boardman and their daughter Mia of Gillette, WY; mother Darlene (Tip) Kling of Lamberton; father John (Janice) Steinle of Balaton; brothers - John (Deb) Steinle of Brewster, Tom (Mary) Steinle of Rosemount, Mark (Julie) Steinle of Spirit Lake, IA; many nieces and nephews.
