Vernon Roiger

Vernon John Roiger was born November 11, 1941 in Springfield, MN to George and Mary (Wersal) Roiger. He was united in marriage to Annette 'Nettie' Green on May 5, 1981 in Milbank, SD. Vernon farmed his whole life and moved to Florida upon retirement and Nettie's death. He enjoyed gardening, grilling, fishing, bird watching, spending time on the beach, scenic tours, and any outdoor activities. Vernon especially enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and his dog Bubba. He was a member of Sundown Lutheran Church. Vernon Roiger died Monday, April 20, 2015 at his home in Mount Dora, Florida at the age of 73 years. He is survived by daughter Miranda 'Mandy' Roiger; brother George Roiger; sister Doris Schumacher; and many nieces, nephews, children and grandchildren through marriage.
