Toni Fearn

Toni Fearn, 69, passed in his home in St. James, Minnesota on December 17, 2023 after being sick for many years.

Toni was born on March 16, 1954 in Evanston, Wyoming to Merrill and Betty (Storey) Fearn.  He attended school in California and also served in the United States Navy for a short time.  He married Linda Rosett on June 30, 1979 in Ely, Minnesota and they had four sons together Damian, Jeromie, William “Willie” and Max.  Throughout his life, Toni lived and worked at many different places all over the country.

Toni moved to St. James, Minnesota in 2003 where he met his new found love, Beth Knickrehm and they spent the remainder of his life together. He worked at several places in the St. James area until his retirement.  Toni loved fishing, hunting and playing bingo at the American Legion but most of all spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his 3 sons Damian (April) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Jeromie (Kaitlyn, Grayson & Jaxson) of Winton, Minnesota and Max of Ely, Minnesota; sisters Terri Strokos and Candi (Curt) Gerrard of California and brother Dan (Jen) Gibson of Nevada.  Toni will also be deeply missed by his significant other, Beth, and his extended family Ash (Mark), Tyler, Shay (Kristopher) Kane (Haley), Dylan, Tadum, Amari, Alden, Kaylee and Eme’lyn.

Toni was preceded in death by his mother, Betty; step-father, Art Gibson; sister, Kathi Borst; son, Willie and other family members and friends.

The family plans to have a Celebration of Life for Toni on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Eagles Club in St. James from 12:00pm - 4:00pm. The Eagles Club is located at 701 1st Ave S, Saint James, MN 56081.
