Timothy Sorenson

Timothy James Sorenson was born October 28, 1959 in Springfield, MN to James and Marjorie (Horsman) Sorenson. He graduated from Lamberton High School in 1978. He briefly attended Dakota Bible College and Mankato Area Vocational Technical Institute. Tim was an active member of the Lamberton Church of Christ his whole life. He farmed with his dad and also was employed by Sanborn Manufacturing. He later worked in the wood shop of John Stiles and also enjoyed working with his dad for the township. Tim had a gift for restoring classic cars and a love for animals. He was a gentle, giving, and patient man; Tim's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. He was a beloved son, brother, and uncle and will be missed. He is survived by his parents; sister Lynn (Terry) Collins of St. Cloud; brother Daniel (Donna) Sorenson of Albany; nephews - Eliah, Micah, Jared, and Gage Collins, and Ben Sorenson; nieces - Samantha Feiler and Brittany Sorenson; great nieces Kaydence Collins and Alexis Feiler; great nephew Hunter Fieler. Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents and great niece Cadence Feiler.
