Timothy Spiers Brown

Timothy Spiers Brown age 76, of Madelia, MN died on November 11, 2022, at Hillcrest Rehabilitation Center in Mankato, MN.

Services previously held until a later date nave been scheduled for Saturday July 22, 2023 at 3:30pm at the Sturm Funeral Home - Pilgrim Chapel in Madelia.  The family will gather and share memories from 1 PM until the time of service.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home, Pilgrim Chapel in Madelia.

Timothy Spiers "Tim" Brown was born to Thomas and Ethel (Spiers) Brown on July 26, 1946 in Hibbing, MN. He graduated from Hibbing High School in 1964. He married Mary Gebeke on July 29, 1985 at Holy Family Catholic Church, in Lake Crystal, MN. He was a teacher of industrial arts at Benson High School, was employed by the State of Minnesota with OSHA for 32 years, an adjunct faculty member at Mankato State University and taught safety at SCC. In his free time, he enjoyed firearm shooting and wood working.

Tim is survived by his wife, Mary Brown; children, Chris (Laura) Mlodzik and Heidi (Mark) DeVlaeminck; brother, Peter (Jane) Brown; grandchildren - Jordan, Melodie, Cortney, Katherine, and Andrew.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
