Tom and Sandy were married for 48 years and had a wonderful life. Tom, aka Tommy, Tom Cat, or Pops (as known by his grandkids), was one of a kind. Tommy was a family man, who always made time for his kids and grandkids, and loved to tease them and make them laugh. He also had a great sense of humor (mostly sarcastic). Tommy was a man with many hobbies - he loved fishing, playing pool, reading, listening to old music (Kris Kristofferson and Johnny Cash), watching westerns (Gunsmoke and Bonanza), and sharing his love for old cars with his kids. He was a kind, helpful, positive, determined, stubborn (at times), and loving man. Tommy was a great father, husband, and grandfather. We was loved by so many and will be dearly missed by all. Tom is survived by his wife; Sandy of St. James, MN, children; Brad (Kim) Redmond of St. James, MN, Tony (Jill) Redmond of Cottage Grove, MN, Chris (Jaime) Redmond of Cottage Grove, MN, Angie (Matt) Langness of Cottage Grove, MN, Sarah Redmond and Jacob McCourtney of Mankato, MN, 6 grandchildren; Jack, Kate, Ella, Nora, Liam, Ben, sisters; Gail Melson of Butterfield, MN, Maxine Wagner of Lake Crystal, MN, brothers; Richard (Carol) Redmond of St. James, MN and Kenneth Redmond of St. James, MN.
