Tamie Trapp

Tamie Trapp was born on July 5, 1964 to David and Betty (Cooley) Johnson in Springfield, MN. She was baptized and confirmed at Sundown Lutheran Church. Tamie graduated from Sanborn High School with the class of 1982. On August 25, 1984, Tamie was united in marriage to Rae Trapp at Sundown Lutheran Church. The couple resided in Sanborn where they raised their children - Dustin, Derek, and Danielle. Tamie was also a 2nd mom to many children as she spent many years doing daycare. She then worked at Deutschland Meats until their closing. Tamie then enjoyed spending time with family and friends, spoiling her children and grandchildren especially at Christmas. She also enjoyed puzzles, watching the Hallmark channel, crocheting, camping, playing crap on your neighbor, and spending time in the sun, on the water, and the pontoon. Tamie was "known for her potato salad". Tamie died on August 16, 2020, at Carris Health - Redwood Hospital in Redwood Falls, MN, at the age of 56.
