Scott Murch

Scott Murch, age 19, of St. James died in St. James on Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Scott Walter Murch was born January 28, 1992, in St. James, MN, to parents Douglas and Sharon (Knaack) Murch. Scott grew up in St. James where he graduated from high school in 2010. He enjoyed the outdoors, playing basketball, football and fishing. He was a Minnesota Vikings fan. Scott was the videotographer on the families' recent vacation to Yellowstone National Park. Scott loved spending time with family and friends, he enjoyed helping others. Scott is survived by his daughter Kendyl Rose Nelson of Lamberton, father Doug Murch of St. James, mother Sharon Smith of St. James, brother Steven Murch of St. James, half-brother Shawn (Becky) Haberman of Mankato, half-sister April Haberman of St. James, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
