Scott Makarrall

A prayer service will be 7:30pm on Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Scott Allan MaKarrall was born July 20, 1968, to Dave and Bev (Halvorson) MaKarrall in Redwood Falls, MN. He attended Walnut Grove Public School. Scott worked a short time for Diamond Surface Road Construction when he was involved in an auto accident in which he suffered a traumatic brain injury. Following his lengthy recovery, Scott helped his family on the farm and later drove semi before his health caused him to give this up. Scott had many struggles in life to endure but the love of his life was Sweetheart, his Harley motorcycle. He loved his music, the family St. Bernards, spending a great deal of time with his grandparents in Redwood Falls, calling his friends - and just being Scott. Scott passed away February 9, 2010, in rural Revere. He is survived by his parents, Dave and Bev of Revere; brother Mark (Jessica) and their children Isaac, Abby and Amara of Lamberton; sister Stacy (Parker) and their children Spencer, Hunter and Ava of Westbrook; grandparents Percy and Arlette MaKarrall (Dan) of Redwood Falls, and LaVerne and Vernette Halvorson of Revere; and many aunts, uncles and friends.
