Santos Garcia

Santos Garcia, age 73, of St. James died on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the Madelia Community Hospital in Madelia. Visitation will be one hour before the services on Thursday at the funeral home Santos Garcia was born in Ojinaga Chih, Mexico on March 25, 1937 to parents Romulo Garcia and Fidela Olivas. Santos grew up in Mexico and moved to the United States in the early 1980's. He lived and worked in Texas for several years before moving to St. James. Santos worked at Butterfield Foods for several years before his retirement. He enjoyed playing Conquian, monopoly and doing puzzles. He is survived by many friends including Rene Rodriguez, Michelle Fuentes, Kayla Leann Rodriguez and many distant relatives in Mexico.
