Ryan Harvey

Ryan Lee Harvey was born on August 10, 1984 in Orange, CA the son of Linda (Zwaschka) and Richard Lee Harvey. Ryan grew up in Sleepy Eye and attended St. Mary's School and Sleepy Eye Public School. Ryan graduated from Sleepy Eye Public High School and then entered the United States National Guard unit HHC 2nd BN 135 Inf. in Mankato. For the last year and a half he had worked in the Sleepy Eye area. Ryan enjoyed life! He liked hockey, playing cards, and spending time with his family and friends. Ryan loved his country and felt it was a privilage to serve. Survivors include his mother Lynn Harvey of Sleepy Eye, father Richard Harvey of Las Vegas, brother Corey Harvey of Sleepy Eye, maternal grandparents, Harold and Agnes Zwaschka of Comfrey, paternal grandmother Genevieve Ray of Covina, CA, aunts Lorilee (Grant) Milburn of Apple Valley, CA, Patricia (Ray) Ahlers of Spencer, IA, uncles Wes Harvey and Rick Ray of CA, and Floyd, Jr. (Lori) Ray of Las Vegas and numerous cousins.
