Russell James Kamm

December 22, 1962 — September 4, 2015

Russell James "Russ" Kamm was born on December 22, 1962 to Robert "Bob" and MaryJane (Trautmiller) Kamm in New Ulm, MN. The Kamm family moved to Madelia where Russ grew up. He graduated from Madelia High School in 1981. Russ enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting pool, restoring his candy apple red Camaro, watching Nascar, hanging out with his friends in Georgia and visiting with his friends and family in Minnesota. His children and grandchildren were his whole world. He will always be remembered as the man who would do anything to help out friends, family and complete strangers; the one who would play pranks and always get the crowd laughing. Russ will forever be missed and never forgotten. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Jeremy (Brittany) Goossen of St. Clair, MN; daughters, Jessica (Peter) Brown of New Ulm, MN, and Casey Kamm of Powder Springs, GA; parents, Robert "Bob" and MaryJane (Trautmiller) Kamm of Madelia, MN; siblings, Elizabeth (Tim) Matheson of Winnebago, MN, Robert Jr. (Wendy) Kamm of Kasota, MN, Bonnie (Gary) Barrer of Nicollet, MN; grandsons, Will, Carson and Blake Goossen, along with his nieces and a nephew.
