Roxane Schaffer

Roxane "Roxi" Lee Schaffer was born on December 20, 1956, in Winnebago, MN to Duane & Edna (Klyndle) Howe. She attended and graduated from school in Winnebago. She then spent her years training horses. She moved to Fairmont, MN and married David Schaffer. After David passed away Roxi moved to Sleepy Eye where she remained and managed the Family Dollar Store. She enjoyed spending time with her son, grandkids and friends doing everything from BBQ's, eating out, shopping and visiting with customers at her store. Roxanne died on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at her home in Sleepy Eye at the age of 62. She is survived by her son, Quentin Howe, daughter-in-law, Lacie Lampman, grandkids, Connor, Kyle and Chloe Howe, all of Sleepy Eye and one brother in Oregon.
