Rosella Trebesch

May 30, 1913 — April 6, 2005

Rosella Amelia Trebesch was born May 30, 1913, in Leavenworth Township, Brown County, Minnesota, the daughter of Hans and Olga (Schiller) Moeller. She was raised in Brown County and was united in marriage to Wesley Trebesch on February 10, 1933. Following her husband's death in 1962, Rosella moved to Minneapolis and worked in housekeeping at Minnesota Soldiers Home. She returned to Brown County in 1976 and became a resident of Gil Mor Manor in July of 2004. Rosella was a charter member of Grace Lutheran Church and enjoyed embroidery, traveling, and reading. Rosella will be forever remembered for her generosity to others. Rosella Amelia Trebesch died Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at Gil Mor Manor in Morgan at the age of 91 years. Survivors include daughter- Sharon and husband Gene Schroeder of Morgan; grandchildren- Guy and wife Cathy Trebesch, Glenda and husband Mike Lanaho, Cindy and husband Kevin Kehoe, Sandra and husband Dennis Long, and Lori Schroeder; 12 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law- Clarice Trebesch of Plymouth; sisters- Syvilla Fromm of Minneapolis and Lois Tessmer of Cobden; sisters-in-law- Dorothy Moeller of Sleepy Eye and Verna Moeller of Hastings; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband- Wesley; son- Marvin; brothers- Elmer, Vincent and Wilmar; and great grandson- Daniel Kehoe.
