Rosa Encinia

Rosa Maria, the daughter of Jorge Encinia Quintanilla and Dolores Morales Vasquez was born on January 25, 1965 in Matamoros Mexico. Rosa moved to the United States when she was a teenager. She lived in south Texas for a while. In 1991 she moved to Minnesota. She was blessed with 4 children, one is married and lives in Texas. In Minnesota, she has two daughters and one son, who are all enrolled in school in Madelia. Rosa was a high school graduate and worked for Tony Downs Foods in Madelia. Rosa is survived by her loving children, Michael Zapata (Danielle Ramirez) of Lubbock, TX, Crystal, Christopher and Citlali Cedillo of Madelia, MN; 1 grandchild; siblings, Jorge Encinia and Blanca Encinia of TX, Patty Martinez and Alex Martinez of TX, Bertha Botello and Luis Botello of TX and Connie Jaramillo and Carlos Jaramillo of Texas and special friend, Dad Alberto Torres of Madelia. Rosa was preceded in death by her parents.
