Rodonna Sorrels

RoDonna Sorrels, age 60, of New Ulm, died at her home in New Ulm on Saturday, October 22, 2011. RoDonna Edith Freeman was born in St. James, MN, on March 1, 1951, the daughter of Roy and Donna (Hoffman) Freeman. RoDonna grew up in St. James where she atteneded school. She worked with MRCI for many years, she work in their assembly area as well as worked at a local grocery store for a time. RoDonna moved to New Ulm in 1982. She married Glen Sorrels on January 2, 2009 and the couple continued to live in New Ulm. She was a past President of People First of Minnesota, loved to collect dolls and Mickey Mouses, doing crossword puzzles and watching television. RoDonna is survived by her husband Glen Sorrels of New Ulm, sister, Beverly (Arvin) Dahl of Madelia, brothers, Kenneth Freeman of St. James and Daniel (Rita) Freeman of Mankato. She is preceded in death by her parents.
