Raymond Michael Sieg was born July 6, 1920 in Stark Township, Brown County, MN, the son of Steve Lucy (Sherman) Sieg. He attended Quail Trap School in Sleepy Eye and farmed on the home farm south of Sleepy Eye until 1951. Ray married Regina Geiger on April 15, 1978 in Madelia. The couple made their home in Sleepy Eye where he drove truck for Steve's Feed Farm Supply until 1982. Ray was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye. He is survived by step-children, Gerald Geiger of Gibbon, Norm (Corrine O'Neill) Geiger of Mendota Heights, Roger (Debbie) Geiger of Welcome, 12 step-grandchildren, many step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Regina in 2004, brother, Edwin, sister and husband, Alice (Joe) Kachelmeier and step-daughter, Shirley Geiger.
