Pauline Mae Anderson

Pauline Mae Anderson, age 76, of Saint James died on January 20, 2025, at Mayo Clinic Health System, Methodist Campus in Rochester.

Visitation will be on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Sturm Funeral Home in Saint James and will continue on Monday from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the First Lutheran Church in Saint James. Funeral service will be held at First Lutheran Church in Saint James, on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Saint James. Pauline was born on December 6, 1948, to Raymond and Opal (Pemble) Anderson in Canby, Minnesota. She graduated from Canby High School in 1967 and continued her education at Canby Vocational Technical College. She then moved to Saint Paul, Minnesota, working as an administrative assistant in the insurance industry for 33 years. In 2008, she moved to Saint James. She worked for the Good Samaritan Society in Saint James for 13 years. In her free time, Pauline enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening, and reading.

Pauline is survived by her twin sister, Paulette Olson of Saint James; brother, Ivan Anderson of Porter, Minnesota; niece, Anna Olson of Lake Crystal; nephew, Dan Olson of Saint Cloud, Minnesota; and several other relatives.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Noel Olson; and nephew, Nathan Olson.
