Oren West

Oren Harris West was born December 22, 1927 in Hamilton, IA, the son of Robert and Florence (Parker) West. Oren served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was united in marriage to Esther Falk on October 14, 1953 in Springfield. Oren worked with various construction companies throughout his lifetime and enjoyed working on his car. He also enjoyed puzzles, fishing, playing cards and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids. He is survived by wife Esther of Springfield; children- Randy and wife Paula West of Davenport, IA, Rodney and wife Cindy West of Mitchell, SD, Ronda and husband Leon Luck of Sanborn, and Bryan West of Springfield; 11 grandkids; and 17 great-grandkids.
