Norma Joann Allen

Norma JoAnn Allen was born June 18, 1934 in St. James, MN, the daughter of Lester and Viola (Anderson) Allen. Norma was a special needs child, she grew up in St. James. She was baptized and confirmed at Augustana Lutheran Church. She worked at MRCR for many years. She lived in Madelia at the REM home and at Hartshorn Manor for many years. She is survived by an aunt Eunice Arnold of St. James, an uncle & aunt Robert & Gladys Anderson of Bloomington, MN, and several cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents Lester & Viola Allen and a sister Carol Allen.
