Nicholas Lee Bredeson

April 16, 1980 — April 28, 2025

Nicholas Lee Bredeson was born on April 16, 1980, in Fergus Falls, MN, the son of Cynthia and Douglas. He graduated from Fergus Falls High School and later attended Alexandria Technical College for the Diesel Mechanic Program. Nick married the love of his life, Tiffany Rieniets on March 2, 2007, in West Fargo, ND. Once married, Nick and Tiffany moved to Craig, CO, where Nick worked as a diesel mechanic for Tristate Equipment Co, LLC and in 2010 returned to New Ulm, MN, where Nick worked for Hagie Manufacturing Co. working on sprayers all across Minnesota. He then worked for Crystal Valley Coop as a shop manager. From there he became the shop manager at Kibble Equipment in Sleepy Eye and then transferred to the Redwood Falls location as the parts manager.

While in Colorado, Tiffany and Nick welcomed their son, Noah, and began building their lives together as a family of 3. In the spring of 2022, Nick and his family moved to the farm in Cobden, MN. Nick loved sharing the farm life and the 4H experience with Noah and Tiffany. Nick had a passion for the outdoors - hunting, fishing, and exploring new places with his family. He had a love for history and wanted to learn all he could about the place or event. Nick was also a sports fanatic. He enjoyed going to MN Twins games with his family and professional football games with family and friends. When Noah was younger, Nick helped coach summer baseball instilling his love of the sport to his son.

Nick had a knack for grilling various cuts of meat and would alter recipes to create the perfect rub. He found joy in entertaining and smoking food for others. Nick could often be found tinkering around. If something was broken, he knew how to fix it.

Together Nick and Tiffany joined the Springfield Lions Club. Nick was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye and enjoyed attending services and fellowship.

To Nick, his son and wife weren't just a part of his life, they were his life, the center of his universe.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Tiffany (Rieniets) Bredeson; son Noah; mother Cynthia Uhren; siblings - Carrin Seibold, Kristina (Mike) Fielding, Rachel (Tony) Bjerke; father and mother in-law John and Peggy (Kurowski) Rieniets, sister-in-law Brandi Rieniets, brother-in-law Kirk Rieniets.
