Graveside Service: 11:00 AM, Friday, March 24, 2006 at Evergreen Cemetery in Menomonie, WI Myrtle Josephine Stadheim, the daughter of Louis and Marie (Liete) Stadheim was born on July 6, 1905, at Clarks Grove, MN. She grew up in Albert Lea, MN and graduated from the Albert Lea High School. She moved first to Minneapolis, MN and then toSeattle, WA, were she married John Gebhart on April 21, 1930. In 1941, they returned to MN, and raised their three children in Columbia Heights, MN. They then moved to Menomonie, WI, where they made their home until John's death in 1976. Myrtle then lived in St. Anthony, MN, until moving to Comfrey, MN to be near her daughter. In November 2004, Myrtle moved to St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield, MN.Myrtle died on Tuesday morning, March 21, 2006, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield. Myrtle is survived by a daughter, Joanne and her husband Doug Wall of Comfrey, MN; a son, Jack and his wife Myra Gebhart of Spring Lake Park, MN; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Dorothy Pinck; and a sister, Evelyn MacGregor.
