Monty Tuil, age 44, of Madelia, died on Friday, January 6, 2012, at the Madelia Community Hospital in Madelia. Memorial service will be held at 7:00pm, Friday, January 13, 2012, at Sturm Funeral Home, Pilgrim Chapel in Madelia. Visitation will be from 5pm to 7pm on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Madelia at a later date. Monty was born in Madelia, MN, on December 31, 1967. He grew up in Madelia and attended Madelia High School where he played football and wrestling. He loved his children and his family. He had a generous heart and would do anything for people. Monty loved snowmobiling, playing cards with family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, playing his guitar, watching wrestling on tv and making people smile. He was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by all. He is survived by his mother; Linda Robideau of Madelia, children; Jesse Schreyer of New Ulm, Kaitlyn Schreyer of New Ulm, sisters; Wendy (Robert) Yarnell of Fayetteville, NC, Kerri (Charles) Herndon of Fayetteville, NC, aunts; Joann Ellis of Trimont, Pamela (William) Sawatzky-Davies of Mercer, WI, a nephew TyBrandyn Robideau and a niece; Madison Yarnell both of Fayetteville, NC. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Tuil, step-father Gene Robideau and his grandparents.
