Monica "Mickey" M. Geschwind

Monica "Mickey" M. Geschwind was born on May 20, 1929 in Sleepy Eye, MN, the daughter of Albert and Rose (Losleben) Thome. She grew up in Sleepy Eye and attended St. Mary's School where she graduated in 1947. She married Jack "Tex" Geschwind on February 20, 1950 in Searles, MN. Mickey worked many different jobs, Del Monte, Furniture Store and Orchid Inn. She loved being around people to socialize, playing cards, Bingo and gambling at Jackpot Junction, reading and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye, Past President of Divine Providence Auxiliary and the CCW. She is survived by her children, Susan (Eric) Mullins of Colorado Springs, CO, Sandy (Dennis) Burnett of Hutchinson, MN, Bill (Deb) Geschwind of Blaine, MN, Rosie (Mark) Osmonson of Sleepy Eye, Jon (Marie) Geschwind of Sleepy Eye, 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren with another being due in December. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tex in 2009, son, David James in infancy, sisters, Marie and Alice and her parents. Interment Information Home Cemetery 700 St. Mary's St. N.E.
