Michael Edward Wagner was born on December 1, 1942 in Springfield, MN to Gilbert & Beatrice (Hornick) Wagner. He grew up in Sanborn. He was joined in Holy Matrimony to Audrey Weber on August 4, 1962 at St. Mathias Catholic Church in Wanda, MN. Michael was a lifelong lover of farming, livestock, woodworking, gardens, trees and roses. He was engaged in sales throughout his life; he especially enjoyed meeting with people. He was involved in various school board and church committees, 4-H clubs and pro-life work. He was blessed to receive a kidney transplant from his wife, Audrey in 2003. He glorified God in his vocation as a Catholic husband and father.
