Maureen Forstner

Maureen Forstner, the daughter of Alfred and Mary (McGrath) Cook was born on July 19, 1933 in Manchester England. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Floyd Jerome Forstner on September 18, 1954 in Manchester England. Maureen was an active member of St. Mary''s Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, shopping, knitting, playing bridge, reading murder mysteries and cook books, golfing, traveling in the U. S. and Europe. She enjoyed spending time at the family cabin. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, they were a delight in her life. Maureen cherished time with her family and her England family, they were both an important part of her life. Maureen is survived by her loving husband, Floyd of Madelia; children, Gary (Denise) Forstner of Madelia, Diane (Alan) Mendel of Sauk Rapids, Vince (Kris) Forstner of Madelia, Roger Forstner of Hawaii, and Jeff (Maureen) Forstner of Sauk Rapids; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ken and Alfred Cook; infant Mary; son, Ken Forstner and grandson, Josh Forstner.
