Matthew Jones

Matthew Thomas Jones was born on April 9, 2004 in New Ulm, MN, the son of Timothy Jennifer (Conger) Jones. Matthew contracted meningitis as a newborn and suffered severe brain damage as a result. He was a very sweet little boy and his family and church family feel very blessed to have been chosen to love and care for Matthew. Matthew Thomas Jones, age 6, of rural Hanska died March 26, 2011 at Children's Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Matthew is survived by his parents, Timothy and Jennifer Jones, siblings, Joshua, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Rebekah, Alexander, Katherine, and Daniel, grandparents, Roland Jones and Charlotte Conger, aunts and uncles, and long time personal care attendant Ana Siefkes. Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joyce Jones and Charles Conger.
