Mary was born in Houston, Texas on September 3, 1974. Growing up in the Houston area she developed a love of being barefoot. When she was 17, she decided to believe in Jesus and dedicate her life to following Him. In 1994, she met the love of her life, Tim, and a whirlwind romance ensued that saw them married on August 12,1995. She was then blessed with her daughter, Beth, on June 13, 1996. Three years later on October 1, 1999, she was blessed with her son, David. Mary moved multiple times as Tim was called to different churches in Texas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and finally Butterfield, Minnesota, where she was the pastor's wife of Butterfield Community Bible. Once she came to Butterfield, she threw herself with wild abandon into loving the people of the church and community as well as leading women's ministry. After years of suffering from numerous health issues she finally went to be in glory with her Jesus on Thursday, December 26, 2025. Her favorite things were spoiling and loving on her grandsons, talking with her children, snuggling in her husband's arms, and worshipping her Jesus.
Mary is survived by her husband, Tim; her children, Beth (Heine) and David (Tessa); her grandchildren, Thomas and Patrick; her bonus daughter, Luciá Havličková; her father-in-law, Bob; and numerous friends and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Margaret and Andrew Lusher, and her uncle, Thomas Lusher.
