Marsha Petersen

Marsha Mary Petersen was born September 7, 1943, in Springfield, MN, the daughter of Anthony and Esther (Haas) Wog. She graduated from Sanborn High School and was united in marriage to William Petersen on August 18, 1962, at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Sanborn. Marsha had worked as an Express Club Hostess at Jackpot Junction for 10 years before retiring. Marsha was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lamberton, CCW, and was a former member of the Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing cards, fishing, and visiting with people. Marsha Petersen died Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at Valley View Manor in Lamberton at the age of 63 years. She is survived by her husband- William of Lamberton; daughter- Robyn and husband Mike Schroepfer of Lamberton; grandchildren- Justin, Kimberly, Joseph, Ryan, and Anna Schroepfer; brother- James (Nancy) Wog of Oronoco, MN; sisters- Char (Kelvin) Bast of Springfield, and Patti (Ken) Dold of Marshall, MN; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Jay Petersen in 1983.
