Mark Charles Blanchard age 64, of Madelia, Minnesota died on January 8, 2023, at his home.

Mark "Sparky" Charles Blanchard was born July 3, 1958 to Janice and Charles Blanchard in Virginia, MN. He graduated from Madelia High School. He was employed as a Truck Driver over the years. Mark married Lynn Marie (Davis) on January 29th, 1977 in Madelia, MN. They raised their four children on a family farm outside of Madelia. Mark was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He loved taking trips to Sturgis, SD with his wolf pac. His family meant everything to him. He loved to be with his family and friends telling tall tales and his laugh was contagious.

Mark is survived by his wife, Lynn Blanchard; daughters, Jessica Holm, Jenny (Nick) Ortloff; sons, Jason (Crystal) Blanchard, Josh Blanchard; grandkids, Ashley, Blaine, Brady, Andrew, TJ, Parker, Nolan, Ashton, Jase; great-grandson Sawyer; mother, Janice Ulmen; sisters, Jean Simshauser, Carol Greiner, and half-brother, Charles Blanchard II.  He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Blanchard; step-dad, Jerry Ulmen, son-in-law, Chris Holm; granddaughter, Destiny Blanchard, and many close friends.
