Mabel Isaacson

Mabel Emma Minnie Isaacson was born on February 12, 1911 in Lamberton Township to Carl and Hulda (Holznagel) Wog. She was baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Lamberton. Mabel graduated from Lamberton High School in 1928, then attended Normal Training School in Lamberton for 1 year. She taught in rural schools in Redwood County for 13 years. Mabel was united in marriage to Abraham Isaacson on June 23, 1945 and the couple was blessed with a daughter, Joyce Margaret. Mabel is survived by daughter Joyce Landgren of Minneapolis; step-daughter- Ann Marie Kurz of Bloomington, 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Abraham; brother Arthur Wog; sister Bernice Dodd; step-daughter Carol Johnson; and grandson Lee Johnson.
