Lynette Ann (Hiebner) Steinle entered Heaven on October 23, 2014. She spent her 57 years consistently lifting the spirits of those around her. She was born on April 12, 1957, and grew up on her family's farm southeast of Mt. Lake. After graduating from Mt. Lake High School in 1975, she married Lauren Steinle on August 7, 1976 and raised their five children on their family farm north of Butterfield. More recently, she spent her time doting on her grandchildren, cheerfully greeting customers as a teller at Pioneer Bank in St. James, and enjoying a flute of Sundrop while sitting on her patio. She was a talented seamstress and quilter, she considered her home to be her sanctuary, and she was well-known for picking out just the right gift for a friend or family member. Lynette radiated a love for life. She was a genuinely kind-hearted woman who was a friend and mother-like figure to many. She touched countless lives and loved as many people as she could, as well as she could, during her stay. She filled her days with laughter and went on many a fun adventure with friends and family. Even the way she dressed conveyed her joy - she wore vibrant colors and had a knack for finding brilliant accessories that made each outfit uniquely her own. As the Psalmist declared in 139:14, she truly was fearfully and wonderfully made. The unexpected departure of such a beloved woman left friends and family to suffer a great loss; yet they are consoled by God's promise that their loss is Lynette's (and Heaven's) gain. Lynette's absence is deeply felt by survivor Lauren, her loving husband of 38 years; children Pamela (Justin Bartz), Thomas (Jada), Amanda, Michelle and Joseph; grandchildren Franklin Foster and Shelley Foster (Pamela and Justin), Adyson and Aubrey (Thomas and Jada), and Zachary (Amanda); mother Eleanor (Hiebner) and step-father Ben Adrian; sisters Grace (Arnold) Harder, Lois (Roger) Reimer, Diane Gilgert, Sharon (Glenn) Kleinsasser; brother Donald (Kari) Hiebner; stepbrothers Mike (Betty) Adrian and Jonathan (Brenda) Adrian, brothers-in-law Reinhart "Stub" (Audrey) Steinle, Larry (Treva) Steinle, Dan Steinle, and Tim Steinle; and sister-in-law Marilyn Stoesz. She is preceded in death by her father Cornelius Hiebner, daughter Cynthia, father and mother-in-law Reinhart and Ethel Steinle, and brother-in-law Harvey Gilgert. She will be missed, and her life celebrated until we are reunited once more. First Visitation 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday, October 28, 2014 Sturm Funeral Home, Mountain Lake Chapel 420 - 10th St. N.
