Lowell Lester Linscheid was born on April 20, 1954, to Robert and Alma (Bachmann) Linscheid in Mountain Lake, MN. Lowell was baptized in the late 1960’s and was a member of Butterfield Community Bible Church. Lowell attended Butterfield Public Schools and graduated in the class of 1972.
After graduation, Lowell attended special training in Minneapolis to prepare him for life and the issues that can arise when taking care of yourself. Alma wanted Lowell to move back home so he moved back home in 1973. In 1974, Lowell got a job at Vandenbergh’s, where he worked for 25 years making cinnamon rolls, cookies, and various baked goods.
Lowell met the love of his life and best friend, Arleen Wollschlager. The two were united in marriage on July 29, 1983.
In 2000, Lowell got a job at Westins where he worked for 10 years then he worked for Butterfield Foods for 5 years before retiring in 2015. After retirement, Lowell and Arleen enjoyed each other’s company. They did many things together, such as camping, fishing, the outdoors, spending time with family and friends and cruising on his motorcycle.
Left to cherish Lowell’s memory is his wife, Arleen; daughter, Nicole (Kevin); grandchildren, Avery, Aron, Mercedes; many nieces, nephews, friends and fur babies, Bella, Ginger, and Bud.
Preceding Lowell in death are his parents, Robert and Alma; infant brother, Dale; half - sister, Irene Theissen and half-brothers, Harvey Linscheid and Royce Linscheid.
