Lorraine Pieske

Lorraine Rosella Pieske was born on December 11, 1925, in Redwood County, MN, the daughter of Leo and Rose (Frank) Nachtman. She was united in marriage to Glennard Pieske on December 9, 1944, in Lamberton. Lorraine loved to spend time with her family and enjoyed family gatherings. She was an avid MN Twin fan, enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, trips to the casino, and puzzle books. She was a gifted baker, never missing an opportunity to share her sweets. Lorraine died on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Springfield, MN at the age of 93. She is survived by her children - Willis and wife Mary of St. Paul, MN, Dianne and husband Raymond of Lamberton, MN, Shirley and husband Gary of Paynesville, MN, and Linda Lou Pieske of Owatonna, MN; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 30 great great grandchildren; and a sister Ruth and her husband Gary Miller of Sioux City, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband - Glennard in 2008; 3 sisters; a brother; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
