Lasca Flitter

Lasca Flitter, the daughter of William O. and Frieda (Schwartz) Wiederhoeft, was born October 25, 1917 in Pleasant Mound Township, Blue Earth County. Lasca was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith. She was united in marriage to Elfred Flitter. This marriage was blessed with three children, Lowell, David and Nada. Lasca enjoyed working on the farm, spending time with family and friends, baking and canning for her family, playing games with the grandchildren, being involved in her church, and she especially loved mowing the lawn. Lasca is survived by her son, David (Dixie) of New Ulm; sister-in-law, Marie Flitter of Lewisville; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Kermit, Delores, Orin, Dorthy, Lucy (Darrel) Apitz, and Leo. She was preceded in death by husband, Elfred; son, Lowell; daughter, Nada and 6 siblings.
