Ladonna Leon) Helget

LaDonna (Mrs. Leon) Margaret Helget was born on June 27, 1949 in Springfield, the daughter of Nicholas Helen (Landkammer) Heiderscheidt. She attended grade school in Leavenworth and graduated from Morgan High School. LaDonna worked at Controll Data in Redwood Falls. She was united in marriage to Leon Helget on October 8, 1971 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye, MN. LaDonna and Leon farmed in Stark Township. LaDonna moved to an assisted living home in Mountain Lake in May of 2003 and into Sleepy Eye Care Center in August of 2003. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye and envolved with the CCW. LaDonna enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, music, and visiting with friends. LaDonna died on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in Sleepy Eye, MN at the age of 57 years. She is survived by her husband - Leon Helget of Sleepy Eye, children - Lloyd Helget of Sleepy Eye and Lila Helget of Sleepy Eye; Sisters and brothers, Lois (Jim) Filzen of Litchfield, Lawrence (Diane) Heiderscheidt of Sleepy Eye, Lorrayne Carlson and friend Rich Schafer of Coon Rapids, Leonard (Marcia) Heiderscheidt of Sleepy Eye, Lowell (Gail) Heiderscheidt of Sleepy Eye, Leo Heiderscheidt and friend Dino of Morgan, Leona Heiderscheidt of Andover, MN, Lyle (Diane) Heiderscheidt of Sleepy Eye, Lenus Bopper (Ginger) Heiderscheidt of Sleepy Eye, LeAnn (Mike) Duckett of North Carolina, Lynette (Grant) Jensen of Springfield, and LaMonte (Chris) Heiderscheidt of Sleepy Eye, sister-in-law - Debbie Heiderscheidt and friend Ken of Sleepy Eye; and numberous neices, nephews, aunts, and uncles. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother - Laverne Trixie Heiderscheidt.
