Kyle Sperl

Kyle Elwyn Sperl, age 19, of rural Saint James, died November 8, 2025.

Kyle was born on July 31, 2006, to Brent and Vicky (Kamolz) in Mankato. A recent graduate of Saint James High School in May of 2025, Kyle demonstrated remarkable responsibility beyond his years. Known for his caring nature, thoughtfulness, and infectious sense of humor, Kyle brought joy to those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was hardworking and dedicated, recently employed at Total Lawn Care in Madelia, where he contributed positively to both his workplace and the community. Kyle enjoyed tinkering and taking on and helping with any project. In his free time, Kyle loved riding his motorcycle and his newly purchased Chevy Camaro. He also enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend, Angela.

Kyle will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Kyle is survived by his loving parents, Brent and Vicky Sperl of Saint James; sister, Sidney Sperl of Mankato; grandparents, Charles Sperl, Sherry Williams, Linda Southworth and Dean Kamolz; aunts and uncles, Shannon (Dave) Pongratz, Leah Sperl, Sam Asleson, Jason (Lori) Kamolz, and Mindy (Nathan) Ruhlig; and many caring cousins, other family, and many friends.

Kyle was preceded in death by his step-grandfather, Dick Southworth and great grandparents.
