Kenneth L. Savage, of Mora, Minnesota, and winter address of Florence, Arizona, passed away of natural causes at his winter home in Arizona on November 11, 2020. He was born in Cottonwood County on September 10, 1933, and attended Catholic grade school and Comfrey High School, graduating in 1953. He enlisted in the Army and upon his return to the States from Germany, started his career with Western Electric in St. Paul. The company went through many changes, and he retired from Lucent Technologies in 1991. He leaves behind his wife of 63 years, Marvo (Berg); three sons: Jay (Kate), Kirk and Eric (Patricia); five grandchildren: Jana (Cody) Garmaker, Zachery Savage, Courtney (Jake) Archambeau, Jacob Savage and Katie Savage; and two great-grandchildren: Parker and Michael Garmaker. He is also survived by Douglas (Esther) Savage, Patricia (John) Roloff, Thomas (Coleen) Savage, Virginia (Gene) Veerkamp, David (Lesa) Savage, Mary Jo (Steele) Propp; sisters-in-law: Myrtle and Harriet; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph F. and Beulah (Tuttle), Doris (Weinberger); brothers and sisters-in-law: Bernard (Barbara), Joseph (Phyllis), John, Gregory, Larry, Michael (MaryAnn) and Roger.
