Kathy Johnson

Kathy Lynn Johnson was born January 25, 1986, the daughter of David Louise (Braaten) Johnson in St. James, Minnesota. Kathy was baptized in the summer of 2000 by Pastor Jeff Boschmann in Butterfield Lake. She accepted the Lord about the same time. She graduated from Butterfield-Odin High School on May 28, 2004. Currently she was working at Bic in Sleepy Eye. Kathy enjoyed camping, spending time with her family and friends, and playing games of all sorts. Making things with Grandma Lorraine from sewing to baking. She loved to volunteer with pre-school screening every year. She loved to put together many color combinations for Grandma Lorraine. She captured her memories by taking many pictures. Kathy is survived by her grandmother Lorraine (Falk) Braaten of St. James, her parents David Louise (Braaten) Johnson of Butterfield, sister Peggy Joe Englkes of Chester, SD, niece Kimberly Englkes of Chester, SD, aunt Eileen (Paul) Keller of Sandpoint, ID, Carol (Jim) Anderson of Belgrade, MT, many great aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Marland Braaten of St. James, grandmother Marge Johnson of Sandpoint, ID, and aunt Tammy Leinenweber of St. James.
