Jeffrey Schenk

Jeffrey Scott Schenk was born September 4, 1965 to Gary and Mary (Meisinger) Schenk in Springfield, MN. He was baptized and confirmed at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sanborn. Jeff attended and graduated from Sanborn Public School and served 5 years in the Marine Corp. He worked various jobs in the area. Jeff's greatest joy was his daughter, Macy Jo. He loved spending time with her at the farm, watching her dance and play sports. In his younger years, Jeff enjoyed riding horses and trail riding also riding motor cycles out west with his dad. Jeff is survived by his daughter Macy Jo Schenk; parents - Gary and Mary Schenk; sister - Gina (Steve) Lang and their children - Jesse Davis (friend Jenny Anshutz) and Justtina Davis (fianc Luke Erickson) and son Braiden; sister - Shari (Dean) Winkelmann and their children - Kaci (Clint) Imker and son Korbin, Sadie (Brandon) Marks, Maddy Winkelmann (fianc Adam Leinen), Hali Winkelmann. He was preceded in death by his grandparents - Alfred and Bernice Schenk and Louis and Viola Meisinger.
