Jane Style

Jane Style, age 73, of St. James died on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at Pleasant View Good Samaritan Center in St. James. Jane Alice Sizer was born November 26, 1934 on the Sizer Farm of St. James to parents George Bertha (Maxwell) Sizer. Jane attended country School District 28, and graduated from St. James High School. She then attended Mankato State where she earned a Bachelors degree of Education. On August 18, 1956 she was united in marriage to Vincent Style in St. James. Jane taught school for one year in Fairmont and one year in Anniston, Alabama before returning to St. James in 1959 to raise her family. She was a substitute at St. James High School, taught religious education at St. James Catholic Church, and was active in church circles and Christian Mothers. She loved her many card clubs and entertaining her family and friends with wonderful meals and conversation. Jane also enjoyed scrap booking crocheting baby blankets, and passionate about flowers. Jane and Vincent shared a loving life together with their son Steve and special friend Michelle of St. Peter and children Alyssa and Tucker; daughter Nona (Style) and Keith Runge of St. James and their children Matthew, Jaime, Adam, Jena, Julia and William; Son Chad and Penny Style of Rapid City, SD and son Zachary; Brothers Pat Shirley Sizer of St. James and Jim Judy Sizer of St. James, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a son, Matthew, parents and Sister Joyce Glasgow and brother in law Donnie Glasgow.
