Jackqueline Picha was born on May 8, 1937 in Madelia, MN. She was always an animal lover and had numerous pets throughout her life. As a teen, Jackie was active in the Methodist Youth Fellowship in Madelia, MN. After she graduated from Madelia High School, she moved to Saint Paul, MN. She worked at White Castle where she met her future husband Norman Picha. Norman and Jackie were married at the Methodist Church in Madelia, MN on June 30, 1956. Jackie was an avid Skip-Bo player. She loved meeting her good friends for coffee at McDonalds in Saint James, MN. She loved shopping and going out to eat. While she resided in Onamia, MN, she was an active member of Living Waters-Assembly of God Church. Jackie was very proud of her family and cherished by all. She passed away peacefully, as she wished, at her son Norman Picha's home in Lakeland, MN. Jackie was preceded in death by her sister Judith Ann Keech, her father Arden Keech, her husband Norman Picha, and her mother Ruth Smith(Schmidt). She is survived by her five children Norman (Victoria) Picha of Lakeland, MN, Denise (Dan) Norberg of Onamia,MN, Sharon Smith of Saint Paul,MN, Janet Mast of Greenbush, MN, and Steven (Kathy) Picha of Hudson, WI. Jackie is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, siblings Darlyne (Ted) Thormodson of Corpus Christi, TX, Mardelle (Paul) Nelson of St. James, Delores (George) Arduser of Mason City, IA, Richard (Elaine) Keech of Garner, KS, James Keech of St. James, and Rose Anne (Arlo) Manzke of Truman.
