Helen Therese Halverson was born April 12, 1957 in New Ulm, MN to Marlow and Adeline Halverson. Helen grew up with her four brothers on the family farm in rural Madelia. After graduating from Madelia High School, she attended South Central College in Mankato. Helen returned to Madelia where she raised her son, Ron. After he graduated high school, Helen relocated to Eagle Lake. She was a very hard worker and always provided for her family. She worked for Taylor Corporation for many years and was working until the time of her passing due to complications of liver disease. Helen was a loving mother of 2 children, Ron and Bridget. She will be remembered for her strength of spirit, her laughter and the loving bond that she gave to her family. Helen Therese Halverson, age 64, of Eagle Lake, MN, formerly of Madelia, MN, died on November 2, 2021, at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN. Helen is survived by her son, Ronald Larsen; daughter, Bridget (Ken) Forshay and their children; brothers, Ron (Sue) Halverson, Jeff (Kathyanne) Halverson, Lee Halverson, Eric (Cheryl) Halverson, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marlow and Adeline.
