Gloria Krebs

Gloria Jean Krebs was born on November 19, 1944, to Edward and Helen (Jenkins) Krebs in Comfrey, MN. She lived in the Springfield area until 1971, when she moved to McGregor, TX until 1975, returning to Springfield until 1982, and then moving to Redwood Falls until her death. Gloria was married to Merlyn Peterson and later to Kenneth Schnobrich. She was a homemaker and also worked as an office assistant, cafeteria aide, laundress, nurse's aide, deli clerk, and retail associate. Gloria enjoyed visiting with family, playing cards and bingo, watching television especially to cheer on the Vikings, bowling, listening and dancing to country western and polka music, and walks with her companion Macy Joy. She is survived by her children - Gary (Sharon) Peterson of Shoreview, MN, Tammy (Dean) Evenson of Belgrade, MN, Tim (Denise) Peterson of Park Rapids, MN, Rick (Desiree) Schnobrich of Morgan, MN, Dotty Schnobrich (Brad Lund) of Fairfax, MN; 13 grandchildren - Nick (Chelsea), Alex (Ericka), Signey (Chris), Michaela (Jake), Zach (Lexie), Cody, Colin, Marcus, Robin, Paulina, Jayceon, Peyton, and Asher; 3 great grandchildren - Eylah, Laylah, and Cecilia; sister Dorothy (Arnold) Turbes of Springfield. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents - Edward in 1974 and Helen in 1999 - and her brother Larry in 1970 as a casualty of the Vietnam War.
