Gertrude Lorraine 'Gertie' Stoesz

Gertrude Gertie Stoesz passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Pleasant View Good Samaritan Society in St. James. Gertrude Lorraine Figura was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on January 17, 1937, the daughter of Paul and Gertrude (Stiles) Figura. On June 18, 1968, Gertie was united in marriage to Myron Stoesz at the EMB Church in Mountain Lake. The couple had made their home in Butterfield, St. Paul, Truman and St. James over the years. Gertie worked at Tony Downs Foods for 35 years before retiring. She had been a resident at Pleasant View since 2003. Gertie was preceded in death by her husband, parents and several siblings.
