Gabriel Francis Hoffmann, infant son of Lynn and Mary Beth Hoffmann died on Monday, August 1, 2005 at the Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Gabriel was born August 1, 2005 at the Sleepy Eye Medical Center. He is survived by his parents - Lynn and Mary Beth Hoffmann of Springfield; sibling - Beth, Laura, James, Andrew, and Joseph Hoffmann; maternal grandparents - Eugene and Margaret Fedora of Richfield, MN; paternal grandparents - Rodney and Elizabeth Tempel of Morgan. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather - James Hoffmann.
