Florence Adeline was born on May 6, 1918 in New Ulm, MN, the daughter of Henry Barbara (Liebl) Huhn. She grew up near Gibbon and graduated from New Ulm High School. Florence attended Normal Training and taught country school in the area. She married Florian J. Sellner on October 10, 1940 at St. Willibrords Catholic Church in Gibbon. The couple lived and farmed in Stark Township for their entire life. Florian preceded her in death in 1995. Florence remained at home on the farm until moving to Divine on October 27, 2006. Florence was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye, Catholic Aid and Christian Mothers. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, flowers, family and old time music. She is survived by her daughters; Marie (Leon) Bushard of Sleepy Eye, Alice (Leonard) Walter of Clements, Lois (Gordy) Kuelbs of New Ulm, son, Charles Chuck Sellner of Sleepy Eye, 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, sisters-in-law brothers-in-law, Clara Schroepfer and Dorothy Sellner, both of Sleepy Eye, Harold Johnson of New Ulm and Ann Hacker of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Florian and sister, Loretta (John) Moldan.
