Florence Schueler

The family would prefer memorials be made to the donor's choice. Florence was born on November 8, 1915 in Springfield, MN the daughter of Julius Frances (Schneider) Marks. She was united in marriage to Waldemar Schueler in 1935 and the couple lived and farmed in Prairieville Township. Florence moved to Gil-Mor Manor Nursing Home in Morgan in 1994. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Evan, MN. She enjoyed square dancing, gardening, baking and spending time with family, friends and her grandchildren. Florence F. Schueler, age 92 of Sleepy Eye died on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at Gil-Mor Manor Care Center in Morgan, MN. Survivors include, sons, Merle (Elaine) of Sleepy Eye, Gerald (Linda) of Sleepy Eye, Gaylord of New Ulm, Dennis (Janice) of Sleepy Eye and Allen (Judy) of Sleepy Eye, 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, Inez Marks of Springfield and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Waldemar, granddaughter, Sandra Schroepfer and brothers, Donald and Melvin.
